CAESAR Group Core Competencies
The CAESAR Group was formed by a group of retired Air Force research scientists with multiple patents and startup involvement to their credit. Since that time we have been commissioned by the Department of Commerce to do Tech Transfer for Air Force tech to the commercial marketplace. We are uniquely positioned to help companies find and license technology that fits their product offerings.
Tech Transfer
Tech you can use is out there, quite often sitting on a shelf. We can help your company find govt patents, sponsored research and prototype software that is available at a myriad of locations.
Curriculum Enhancement
We have had great success integrating cutting edge tech into the engineering curriculum at several universities. We can do it for yours also! Not only does this make student’s course work more relevant but it also inspires the entrepreneur in many of them.
Teaming Univ/Non-profits
Govt programs often encourage teaming between universities and private companies who can take the developed technology to market. We encourage universities and not-for-profits to explore teaming with the CAESAR Group.
Free Resources
Our Tech Portfolio (Promoted Tech) is a searchable index of “Information Domain” technology that is available for licencing. This is tech that is in our field of expertise and often we know the inventors personally. Other resources such as the searchable Air Force, Army and Navy patent data is made available but not usually in the CAESAR Group’s field of expertise.

Raw data from AFRL/Rome patents and publicly available tech reports are provided for search.
Army, Navy, Air Force Patents
Searchable index of Dept of Defense patents is offered as a free service. Users must understand that most of these are not in the “information Domain” and, as such are not supported by us.
